Modest hotel and immaculately clean, well serviced breakfasts, handy location on the mall for shopping walk or tram or train to most attractions. Located in the heart of the city. Close to tram stops to travel in-and-out of city-Queen Victoria Markets, and shops, cafes, arcades and transport.

Great location and value for money! The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to shops and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with good quality bed linen. the hotel offered a light breakfast, which was a nice bonus.
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the room I was allocated faced a noisy area and was hidden behind the kitchen, which made it quite unpleasant.

The hotel is very convenient, close to most places of interest to senior citizens. We hope to stay for a weekend again in July.

Liked Melbourne, the hotel was comfortable and modest so close to everything. My room was good sized and complete with 2 double beds, a TV plus pictures indicating 2 double beds. The food from the outdoor restaurant was excellent!

A huge variety of excellent food at breakfast time. Amazing and magnificent location, extremely close to a department store. Within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Really welcome base for overnight stay.
